Participate in training sessions to learn about ServiceNow platform fundamentals. Collaborate with experienced team members to understand ServiceNow development best practices.
Gain hands-on experience by working on ServiceNow projects and tasks. Assist with ServiceNow Implementation: Support ServiceNow developers and administrators in implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions. Assist in configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules based on business requirements. Documentation and Reporting: Document processes, configurations, and customizations performed on the ServiceNow platform.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Requirements Enthusiastic recent graduate with a strong interest in IT and technology. Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in ServiceNow platform. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
